Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a hands-on talented Restaurant Manager who can lead our front of house operation and partner with our Head Chef to deliver a memorable dining experience. We are focused on innovation, collaboration and farm/sea to table. Also market and coordinate private events. Key responsibilities and qualifications are proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role preferred.  Benefits and annual bonus available. Bonus primarily based on customer satisfaction and restaurant profitability. $60k (and up) annualized salary rate available. The position is slated currently for full time through January 1 and then closed for January through April with the possibility for year-round employment in the future.

OUTBOARD TECHNICIAN

New Meadows Marina in Brunswick is looking for technicians experienced with power boats and gas engines.  Yamaha knowledge a plus. We are a family run business, located on the New Meadows River, with a team-oriented environment and high regard for positive employee and customer relations.

Duties include commissioning/decommissioning, mechanical and systems troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair, and sea trials.  Ability to operate a computer for the purpose of diagnostics and work order submission.

Education Requirements:  High School diploma or equivalent.

 Sales and Design Support Position

Position Listing – Spring 2022

We area an established Marine Contractor, specializing in the design and construction of quality built, heavy duty floating dock systems and residential pier structures. We are also a distributor of marine construction components with a marine grade lumber yard. We are currently seeking an  individual to fill a full- time position as a part of our sales and design team. This would be an entry level position and we are willing to train the right candidate. 

Duties will include but not limited to estimating jobs, quoting orders, site visits, design work, customer service, working closely with build teams etc.

Individual must be self -motivated and work well in a team atmosphere.  Basic computer skills  and computer knowledge are a must for this position. Previous experience or enjoyment around any marine environment would be helpful,  some understating of basic framing and general construction is helpful and applicant  must hold a valid driver’s license.

Competitive wage and full benefits package, including a company 401K are included with this position.

Typical work week – 40-45 hrs. /week. Work week M-F with occasional Saturdays, 8- 4:30
