Richardson’s Boat Yard is a 4th generation, family-owned business on Sebago Lake. Dating back to 1921, we strive to provide our customers with an exceptional service experience.

Richardson’s Boat Yard is looking to hire an additional Service Writer at our Marina location. As a service writer, you are the face of the service department. Excellent communication & customer service skills are essential. The ability to learn our Marine Management Software & use Microsoft Office Suite is required. Knowledge of boats & motors is encouraged, but not essential. Candidate must have strong organizational skills & have the drive to learn daily.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
. answering phone calls
. writing service orders
. ordering & receiving parts
. looking up parts for technicians & customers
. researching & following up with customer questions

This is a full-time, year-round position which includes a competitive benefits package & wage. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with support from an experienced staff, this will be the job for you.
