Lyman-Morse Boatbuilding in Thomaston is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to take a lead role in our award-winning boatbuilding division. This hands-on leader will direct a motivated and skilled team of technicians to support our world-class yacht construction projects. The role requires mastery of modern marine systems and an aptitude to take on the most challenging projects in the marine industry. This is a position for a team-oriented leader who will work closely with our design office, project managers, industry reps, and owners to innovate and integrate marine systems at the highest level. The boatbuilding team is a close-knit division within a family-run company with a strong focus on personal long-term growth and development. This is a dynamic role that requires technical custom yacht building experience and the ability to work closely with our design team, department managers, installation technicians, industry reps, and owners to coordinate the construction of a wide variety of world-class yachts.
