The Maine Boat Show
October 3 2021 from 10:00 am - October 4 2021 from 3:00 pmFree
The Maine Boat Show has been postponed to fall 2021 at Thompson’s Point in Portland, Maine’s largest city, during the peak of fall foliage season. The Maine Marine Trades Association produces the event.
The show features dozens of exhibitors, including dealers, builders, and marine service providers. Fall is a great time to order custom boats for spring, find the end of season deals from dealers and brokers, and find services you can schedule for winter on the boat you already love.
Yamaha and Allen Insurance and Financial sponsor the show. Yamaha will promote the Yamaha Outboard Motor Service course recently launched in partnership with Southern Maine Community College. To promote marine industry careers, Maine students of all ages will receive complimentary admission to the show.
Thompson’s Point is one of Portland’s hip, new event venues. It is located next to the Amtrak station and a popular trio of local bars featuring wine, beer, and spirits all crafted in Maine. There is also a fantastic food scene in Portland named America’s Restaurant City of The Year by Bon Appétit in 2018.
The Maine Boat Show is a boutique boat show, meaning it is a manageable size to fit into a weekend of other activities such as dining, sightseeing, shopping, or entertainment. For more information about The Maine Boat Show, please contact the Maine Marine Trades Association at 207-773-8725.
