Most importantly, we are looking for the right fit for our organization and culture, and we will train that person if needed.
This can be a year-round position which is waterfront specific for 7 months of the year, while working within the service department doing boat maintenance and repair projects commensurate with experience for the remaining 5 months. It can also simply be a 7 months/year position.
